If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
However, you may receive your items much earlier.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order is placed.
Standard Shipping is provided with tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
- Express Shipping will be used and Free of charge within the UK.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Sellivic is not responsible for customs and taxes applied to your orders outside the UK. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
If you received your damaged order, please contact us to file a claim with the shipment carrier. Requests will be handled case by case. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
